How are your products shipped?
Products are shipped via the United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). When ordering online, you may choose UPS ground, 2nd day or next day service or USPS first class, priority, or other international options (7-10 day service).
Orders are processed Monday-Friday and are usually shipped the next business day. For International orders, there occasionally is a delay due to some country customs regulations.
Shipping Costs to the UK and other European Areas
Shipping to Europe is not that expensive, but it can take from 4 - 8 business days depending on customs. We currently use USPS Global Priority and Worldwide Express as our shipping options, both insured.
We guarantee you will receive your package in good working order, or we will replace it free of charge.
What about exchange rates?
All prices are listed in US Dollars. Your credit card company will automatically convert the amount of your order based on current exchange rates.
If you want to know current exchange rates against US Dollars, visit the Universal Currency Converter. We can ship your package just about anywhere in the world. If you order on-line, confirmation of your shipment will be sent by e-mail.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any customs taxes or fees your country may have for importing these videos. We are also not responsible for any delays or lost items due to customs, and if customs returns your order to us we will charge you for the reshipment of your order. However, if a problem with customs occurs, we will do our best to help get your order released.
Are the DVD's region coded?
No, all of our videos only play on computers and we use the QuickTime format. If you need the QuickTime codec you can download it for free here.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, but due to paperwork you order may be delayed 24 hours as we process the order. We will need all of your normal information and might ask you for more bank card details for security reasons.

Can I order via mail?
Ordering by mail will take longer, but allows you to pay by money order or check:
1. Print-out this Mail Order Form with your printer, and complete it with a pen.
2. Enclose a Bank Check or Money Order in US Dollars for the amount due. Make checks payable to KURV studios.
Note: Do not send personal checks if you are not located inside the US. In most countries, you can buy a Money Order right at the Post Office for an amount in US Dollars, or most banks will be able to issue a check in US Dollars for you.

Are your products guaranteed?
All KURV studios products are guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. If any product should be damaged in shipping or prove to be a defective copy, KURV studios will replace it with a new one.
This guarantee is valid up to 60 days after the date of purchase. Opened products will only be exchanged with another copy of the same product. All of our DVD's are non-refundable. Return Policy
You may return any of our products for a full refund of the purchase price, if the item is unopened, and the seal is not broken.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the order date, or ship date if the product was on back order. If you do choose to return the ordered product, shipping is at your expense.
Before a return is made you must obtain a return number from us by either contacting us by phone or e-mail.
Will I need special equipment to use your videos?
No, just a DVD rom drive or in some cases a CD drive on your computer. We produce all our videos in QuickTime format (download here) so they are the most compatible with Mac and PC systems.
We do however use a 'auto run' program to launch the KURV studios opening page which is the menu of the video. If your using a Mac, this will not work on your computer, we apologize and were looking for a solution for this. Until then, please browse to the folder, and simply open the index.html file. We apologize for any inconvenience this my cause.
Is my personal information safe online?
Yes,
all credit card transactions made through KURV studios are encrypted via our secure server, making
it virtually impossible for your personal information
and credit card number to be stolen during your purchase.
Furthermore, at no point is your personal information
or credit card number stored unencrypted on our e-commerce
server.
Is my email and personal information kept private?
YES! KURV studios has a strict policy of not sharing your personal email or mailing address to any third party company.
You may receive emails from us about special pricing or new video releases to your email. If you don not wish to received these emails, all of our newsletters respect the antispam policies of containing a unsubscribe link.
